Zucchini Parmesan bread

I had mentioned in my earlier post that I wanted to try my new loaf pan by making Zucchini Parmesan bread. I was quite nervous because this is the first time I'm making some kind of bread.

I subscribed to a monthly food magazine and first saw the recipe in the Sept 2005 issue and bookmarked it. Well, a little over 2 years later, I am finally ready.

So, over the Christmas weekend, I embarked on my little adventure. Here is the mixture in the loaf pan.

This is the finished product.

The big question : Is it GOOD?

Hubby and I were not sure since neither of us had tasted a zucchini parmesan bread before.....haha....but we liked the flavor. Toast it or spread some ricotta cheese on it, and you're in heaven.

It looks delicious from here, even the batter or dough.

*clap clap*..congratulation on your first attempt..atleast your bread still come out as bread.My first attempt was a failure..I kill the yeast and have no idea the bread must go thru proofing process..hahaha!!

beachlover - thanks. This recipe does not call for yeast. It's not really a bread bread...if that makes any sense.
